Wax Melt FAQ

What wax and materials are used?
This product's material details list beeswax, gel and soy wax. They do not specify the formula for each design, blend proportions or a complete ingredient list. Please contact us to confirm the materials in your chosen melt before ordering if you have ingredient sensitivities.

Which scents are available?
The current scent options are “Seasonal” and “Other.” Exact fragrance names and scent notes are not yet provided. Please confirm the current fragrance with us before ordering. A melt's appearance does not indicate its scent.

How do I use them in a warmer?
Use only in a warmer intended for wax melts, following its manufacturer's instructions for compatible wax types, portion size and operating time. Confirm compatibility with your chosen melt, especially gel wax. Do not light the melt itself or add water. Do not overfill the dish or leave a warmer unattended. Turn it off or extinguish its heat source as directed, and let the wax and dish cool before handling or removing wax.

How strong is the fragrance, and how long does it last?
Tested fragrance-strength ratings and scent-duration results are not yet available for this product, so no strength or number of hours is guaranteed. Warmer temperature, portion size, room conditions and fragrance can affect your experience. Follow your warmer's instructions for reuse and wax removal.

Are these food? What precautions should I take around children and pets?
Not food, not edible. These food-inspired designs are wax melts, not treats. Keep unused melts, packaging, warmers and hot wax out of reach of children and pets, and store melts separately from food. Do not allow ingestion or contact with hot wax. No pet-safe claim is made. If ingestion occurs, seek prompt advice from a poison control service or veterinarian, as appropriate.
